Returns

We gladly accept returns for any reason—whether the size isn’t right or the item simply doesn’t suit your space.
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return it.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused
In their original packaging

Return Postage

You are responsible for covering the cost of return postage.
We recommend using a tracked service with insurance, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
If your item arrives damaged during the return, please contact your courier to recover any costs.

Damaged on arrival?
If your order arrived damaged, we will cover your return postage costs.
Please email info@thejoycollection.co.uk with photos of the damaged item to begin the return process.

Please include a note with your order number and name inside the package so we can identify your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (excluding the initial delivery cost) within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
