Returns
We accept returns for any reason. Whether your item is the wrong size or simply doesn’t suit your home, that’s no problem.
You have 21 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return your item.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused
In their original packaging
Return Postage
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as return postage costs are non-refundable.
Please note:
We do not insure items during return transit.
If an item is damaged during the return, you will need to contact your courier directly to recover any costs.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, we will cover the return postage costs. Please contact us at info@thejoycollection.co.ukwith clear photos of the damaged product, and we will assist you with the returns process.
How to Return Your Item
Please include a note inside your parcel with:
Your order number
Your full name
Returns without this information may be delayed, as we may be unable to identify your order.

Once your item has been received, we will inspect it and notify you by email to confirm receipt.
Refunds
Once your return has been inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment, excluding the original delivery charges.
Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.
